"Fang", Cyberpunk Character Bust

Hi everyone! I want to share this short project that I've been working on in my free time for the past month or so, a character who's earned the nickname "Fang" for... obvious reasons. The idea came from a conversation I had with a friend about how, in a cyberpunk setting, the look and quality of someone's cybernetic implants would heavily depend on their financial status. I wanted to play with the idea of a character who's got a bit of both, and so Fang was born; a woman who's worked her way up the social ladder and sports some of the daintier, sleeker cyberware that comes with the status, while still proudly rocking the older, bulkier (and more intimidating-looking) jaw implant. This project was a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to practice skin detailing using TextureXYZ maps, as well as practicing grooming using Blender 3.5's new hair system. I even got to try my hand at some smoke simulations! As always, the high-poly sculpt was created in ZBrush, retopology and UVs in Maya, and the textures in Substance Painter. Finally, I rendered the character using Cycles.
